摘    要:随着航空电子技术的发展,大容量飞行参数记录系统成为航空设备中不可或缺的部分。介绍一种大容量飞行参数记录系统的组成机制和实现方案,采用固态存储芯片NANDFlash作为存储介质,FPGA作为存储阵列的控制核心,引入动态坏块管理算法自动屏蔽NANDFlash坏块,成功实现了对飞行参数的可靠存储。另外通过RS422和USB接口,方便实现数据接收及卸载。实验结果表明该记录仪能有效记录并卸载飞行参数。

Abstract:With the development of avionics,large-capacity flight parameter recorder system becomes an integral part of aviation equipment.This paper describes the composition mechanism and implementations of a large capacity flight parameter recording system,which uses NANDFlash solid-state memory chips as a storage medium,FPGA as the control core of storage array,and a dynamic bad block management algorithm is used to automatically shield the bad block of NANDFlash.This system successfully achieved the reliable storage of flight parameter.In addition it uses RS422 and USB as the communication interface and it can easily receive and unload data.Experimental results show that the recorder can record and unload the flight parameters in effect.
