航天高电压设备的绝缘防护研究

摘    要:通过对航天电子产品特殊的工作环境分析,针对低真空环境下的低气压放电问题,阐述了航天高电压设备对绝缘的特殊要求。在低气压条件下通过设计足够的间隙,减小电场强度分布,合理的排气通道避免低气压放电现象的发生。同时在绝缘防护工艺上采取绝缘涂覆或者灌封(或局部灌封)工艺,将气体绝缘转换为固体绝缘,可以有效提高产品的绝缘能力。

Abstract:This paper analyses the special environment of the spacecraft electron manufacture.Aiming at the problem of low-pressure discharge in low-vacuum condition,a detailed statement of special demand of insulation about space high voltage equipment is given.In the low-pressure conditions,through the design of adequate clearance,reducing the electric field intensity distribution,remain a reasonable vent to exhaust gas to avoid discharge occur.At the same time insulation coating process or potting process were taken on the insulating protective and converted gas-insulated into solid insulation,these measures can improve the insulation ability of product.
