基于单片机的步进电机式模拟器仪表系统设计

摘    要:为实现基于单片机的步进电机式模拟器仪表系统,采用C8051F340单片机为控制器,单片机输出的时序方波作为步进电机驱动芯片的控制信号,步进电机带动指针显示汽车行驶过程中的实时信息。系统还利用LED进行相应工况的指示来提示或警告驾驶者注意。在汽车驾驶仿真器平台上成功模拟了时速表和发动机转速表操作状态、LED显示提示。

Abstract:In order to realize a stepping motor type simulator instrument system that based on MCU, C8051F340 MCU is being used as controller in this system, MCU outputs timing square waves as control signals of stepping motor driver chip ,the stepping motor drives the pointer to display the real-time information of the automobile in the running process. LED is also used in this system for the corresponding operating instructions to tip or warning motorists to pay attention.
