氮化硼微粒化学镀镍-磷合金工艺研究

摘    要:通过化学镀的方法在立方氮化硼微粒表面镀覆一层连续、均匀的Ni-P合金镀层.运用扫描电子显微镜结合X-射线能谱仪和X-射线衍射仪对镀层的形貌和结构进行了分析.结果表明,表面镀覆的是非晶态Ni-P合金镀层,镀层P的质量分数在13.09%,属于高磷Ni-P合金镀层.

Abstract:Ni-P coatings were prepared on the surface of cubic boron nitride particle by chemical plating.Morphologies and structures of Ni-P coatings were measured and characterized by X-ray diffraction and scanning electron microscopy and energy dispersive X-ray analysis.The results showed that an amorphous Ni-P coating was prepared,mass fraction of phosphorus in the Ni-P coating was 13.09 percent.So it is a Ni-P coating with high phosphorus content.
