平流层通信综述

摘    要:随着宽带无线接入需求的迅速增长,具有地面通信与卫星通信两者优点的平流层通信方式应运而生。本文对平流层通信的特点及通信平台进行了描述,并对该领域的主要应用进行了分析。此外,指出了平流层通信的优势及挑战。最后对其应用前景进行了展望。

Abstract:The demand for high-capacity wireless services is bringing increasing challenges.An emerging solution is offered by high-altitude platforms (HAPs) operating in the stratosphere to provide communication facilities that can exploit the best features of both terrestrial and satellite schemes.The features and platform of HAPs are introduced in this paper,and some key applications are discussed in detail.At last,the advantages,the challenges and some research directions of HAPs are presented.
