利用批处理实现观测数据同步异地显示

采用自动气象站系统进行数据采集和处理，大大减轻了台站地面观测业务人员的工作量，但由于计算机硬件及软件系统运行的不确定性，计算机故障将会严重影响测报业务的正常运转。本文将介绍如何在Windows操作系统下利用批处理文件传输备份观测数据文件，实现观测数据的同步异地显示，以便在计算机出现故障时通过备份计算机系统及时恢复测报业务。

Using batch to show observation data in different place synchronously

Automatic weather station was adopted to collect and process data comprehensively, which greatly reduced the observer workload. Because of uncertainty of computer hardware and software running, computer malfunction will seriously affect the normal operation of observation business. This article introduced how to use Windows operating system batch file to transfer and backup data files to show the observation data in different place synchronously, in order to resume observation business timely by the backup computer system when computer in the trouble.
