| Abstract: | Ultimate load-carrying capacity study of three steel pipe latticed column is presented by employing an elastic-plastic large displacement finite element analysis, and the FEM analysis results are compared with steel codes results. The influence on ultimate load-carrying capacity of different belly pole layouts and slenderness ratio has been analyzed. Some proposes have been put forward for designing three steel pipe latticed column. |
