济钢大板坯连铸机粘结漏钢原因分析

摘    要:分析认为,济钢大板坯连铸机出现粘结漏钢的原因是保护渣的性能不良,其中液渣层厚度、渣耗量及玻璃相比例偏低,以及结晶器液面波动,拉速提升过快等.通过采取每炉测量液渣层厚度,及时计算渣耗量及控制拉速提升速度小于0.1m/min等措施,杜绝了粘结漏钢的发生.

Abstract:Analysis consider that the reason of breakout by sticking is bad capability of the powder, such as lower depth of liquid powder, less consumption and low proportion of glass phase in the powder. Another reasons are the level undulation of mold and too rapid for increasing the speed of CCM. The breakout by sticking is avoided by measuring the depth of liquid powder every ladle, counting the consumption of the power and controlling the upgrading speed of the withdrawal speed less than 0.1m/min etc.
