固溶处理温度对D667钢性能的影响

摘    要:研究了固溶温度对D667钢性能的影响。结果表明,D667钢固溶温度在1000℃以下时,其延伸率有所提高,但抗拉强度没有明显下降;固溶温度在1000℃~1060℃范围内,试验钢的抗拉强度呈下降趋势,延伸率也保持在高水平线上;固溶温度在1060℃以上,抗拉强度加速下降。D667钢固溶温度在1000℃~1060℃范围内时,可以获得较好的强度和韧性,满足技术要求和各项使用要求。

Abstract:The effect of solution temperature on the properties of D667 steel was studied.The results show that the elongation of D667 steel increased obviously when solution temperature was under 1000℃,but no significant drop in tensile strength;when solution temperature was in the range of 1000~1060℃,the tensile strength of the test steel tended to decline and the elongation also main tained at a high level;when solution temperature was above 1060℃,the tensile strength drop quickly;when solution temperature was in the range of 1000~1060℃,good strength and toughness could be obtained,which meet the technical requirements and the service requirements.
