巴西铁精粉对承钢钒钛烧结的影响

摘    要:试验研究了用较低熔点的巴西铁精矿粉代替高熔点海砂对承钢烧结矿的成品率、冷态机械强度、低温还原粉化及矿相组成的影响;经试验研究得出,当巴西铁精粉代替10%海砂时,提高了烧结矿成品率,改善了烧结矿粉化指标。

Abstract:Through test it is studied the influence to substitute high-melting-point powder with Brazil low-melting-point iron concentrate powder on sinter in product ratio,cold mechanical strength,low-temperature reduction powdering and composition of ore phase.It is concluded from the test that for sinter the product ratio is increased and powdering index improved when substitution of Brazil powder is 10 percent.
