摘    要:电化学发光免疫测定是电化学发光和免疫测定相结合的产物.它的标记物的发光原理是通过标记物与抗原或抗体连接,制成抗原、抗体标记物,然后在电极表面由电化学引发的特异性化学发光反应.三联吡啶钌衍生物为水溶性,在电化学发光反应中表现高效和稳定,被广泛应用于电化学发光免疫测定.探索了新型高效的三联吡啶钌的合成,以4,4′-二甲基-2,2′-联吡啶为原料,成功合成了双(2,2′-联吡啶)4-(4-甲基-4′-正丁酸)-2,2′-联吡啶]钌(Ⅱ)双六氟磷酸盐.
