摘    要:为解决某200MW火力发电厂锅炉排烟温度偏高的问题,采用新型卧式相变换热器技术对烟气余热进行回收利用。给出了卧式相变换热器烟气余热回收技术方案以及设计时需要注意的细节问题。工程实施后,对机组和卧式相变换热器开展了性能验收试验,试验结果表明,该烟气余热回收系统投运后,锅炉排烟温度降低34℃,增加烟气阻力350Pa,降低标准煤耗近1.6g/(kW·h),年节约水量38170t

Engineering Application and Economy Analysis of Flue Gas Waste Heat Recovery of 670 t/h Utility Boiler

Abstract:Considering the excessively high temperature of exhaust gas from boiler in a 200MW coal-fired power plant, a new type horizontal phase-changing heat exchanger technology was used on flue gas waste heat recovery. The scheme of horizontal phase-changing heat exchanger flue gas waste heat recovery technology and details need to consider when designing were given. After the implementation of the project, performance acceptance test was carried out, and the test results showed that when the system was put into operation, the temperature of exhaust gas from boiler was lowered by 34 ℃ , the gas pressure drop was increased by 350 Pa, the consumption of standard coal was reduced by up to 1.6 g/(kW·h), and water was saved by 38170 tons a year.
