摘    要:新形势下努力提高五年制高职烹饪专业德育课的实效性是一个值得探讨的话题。只有明确五年制高职烹饪专业德育目标,构建科学的五年制高职烹饪专业德育课课程体系,改进五年制高职烹饪专业德育课教学方法,革新五年制高职烹饪专业德育评价方式,才能提高五年制高职烹饪专业德育课实效性。

Abstract:How to improve moral education efficacy of five-year cuisine specialty is a topic worthy of dis. cussing. The actual effect could be achieved on the basis of the definite setting of target, the construction of the curriculum system, the improvement of teaching method, and the innovation of the appraisal pattern in the moral education of five-year cuisine specialty.
