| Abstract: | The differences in financial evaluating methods and evaluating indicators between real estate projects and general investment projects are figured out, and the reasons,methods and significance of improving are analyzed. Improving schemes of total cost estimation methods, operating income estimation methods and cash flow estimation methods are proposed. Also improving financial estimation indicators are proposed. |
