城市与建筑的空间环境和文化艺术

作者针对当前我国城市与建筑建设中存在的问题，提出了关于提高其空间环境和文化艺术水平的八个观念，即重视空间生态环境，不搞怪异建筑形体，构建人行街道系统，适应大众生活需求；建筑适应城市整体，丰富生活增加生气；发展地域文化特点，符合民族生活方式；建筑技术结合艺术，创新丰富形体环境；利用自然光热风水，发展节能生态艺术；控制尺度容积，保护历史文化艺术；改善旧有基础设施，确保历史文化长存。

The Space Environment and Culture of City and Architecture

In view of the problems existed in the architectural construction in China,the author advances 8 ideas to higher the level of architectural construction from aspects of space environment and culture, they are: To attach great importance to the space ecological environment and to avoid strange forms of buildings; To consturct pavement systems for satisfying the public requirement; To build buildings which can fit the whole city's style for making people's lives more vivid; To develop regional cultural features for corresponding with the ethnic ways of life; To achieve the fusion between architectural technology and art for making innovation for the physical environment; To use natural resources for developing the energy-saving ecology art: To control the range of scale for protecting the histroical culture: To perfect the old infra structure for ensuring that the historical culture could live forever.
