EX220-5型挖掘机主泵流量的检测与调整

EX220-5型挖掘机是日本建机公司生产的履带式挖掘机,发动机通过液压泵的齿轮箱驱动2台左右并列的主泵,2个主泵均带有调节器,通过对主泵调节器的调整,可以改变斜盘的倾斜角度,提高或减小了主泵的功率吸收能力.但是由于长时间的使用,发动机的功率输出会有所下降,而且主泵斜盘的倾斜角度会有所增大,即主泵自身的功率吸收能力也会有一定的下降,这样造成整个液压系统吸收的功率明显减少.这时应当对主泵调节器进行调整,保证液压系统的功率接近或等于正常工作的功率值,保证挖掘机的正常工作.
