摘    要:探讨了实验室条件下,在钒钛磁铁精矿烧结混合料中添加少量萤石,重量石,铁锰矿,硼泥产及改变SiO2/TiO2对烧结过程的烧结矿冶金性能的影响。试验证明,混合料中配入少量萤石,铁锰矿,有明显的增产作用。其中前者还改善了烧结矿的低温还原粉化性能2。.

Abstract:A laboratory test was conducted to add small amount of fluorite,boryte,iron-manganese ore and boron mud to vanadium titanomagnetite concentrate sinter mix and to investigate the effect of SiO_2/TiO_2 variation on the sintering process and sinter metallurgical properties. The test shows that addition of adequate fluorite and iron-manganese ore to the mix charge can notably increase productivity. Fluorite can improve low temperature breakdown property of sinter.
