摘    要:随着CFD技术在浮选机设计、优化方面的应用不断深入,利用现代流体测试技术研究浮选机内部流场用以修正CFD预测结果变得愈发重要。本文建立了以PIV测试技术为核心的KYF型浮选机流场测试试验平台,揭示了浮选机内部流场特征。KYF-0.2浮选机的整体流场具有明显的上、下循环。叶轮底部流场说明了叶轮的抽吸作用和颗粒沉槽的原因。定子叶片之间的局部流场揭示了定子的导流、稳流作用。提高叶轮转速,流体的径向速度和轴向速度随之增加,但整体流场循环结构没有改变。本文探究了浮选机内部流场的PIV测试方法,为浮选机多相流测试和对CFD预测结果的修正奠定了基础。

Single-Phase Flow Flied Measurement and Analysis Based on PIV in KYF Flotation Machine

Abstract:With the great development of CFD in flotation machine design and optimization, modern fluid measurement technology plays a more important role in revising CFD simulation for analyzing the flow field of the flotation machine. The experimental platform was established for KYF flotation machine, which is based on the PIV measurement technology, and the characteristics of the flow field are revealed. The whole flow field in the KYF-0.2 flotation machine has obvious upper and lower cycles. The flow field below the impeller demonstrates the pumping action of the impeller and the reason of particles sinking. The flow field between the stator blades explains the function of the stator, namely fluid stabilization and diversion. When impeller speed is improved, radial and axial velocity of the fluid is higher without the change of the flow field structure. The study focuses on the PIV measurement of the flow field in the flotation machine and lays a foundation of further study on the multiphase flow measurement and the modification of CFD simulation.
