| 摘 要： | 针对胶磷矿浮选特点,选择胶磷矿浮选中较为成熟的反浮选工艺流程,对昆阳某中低品位磷矿开展了处理量50 t/d空腔谐振式浮选柱半工业试验,在试验中研究了空腔谐振式浮选柱的柱体截面高度、充气量、浮选柱液位和冲洗水量等参数对胶磷矿选别品位的影响,找到了最佳的浮选柱动力参数,为浮选柱设备在胶磷矿选矿中的大规模应用奠定了技术基础。

| Abstract: | According to the phosphate ore flotation characteristics, Semi industry test of 50t/d research was carried on with Kunyang low grade phosphate ore in Cavtube flotation column. During the test, the effect of the column height , air flow ,pulp level and wash water flowrate to the concentrate grade was researched .After that the best dynamic parameters for flotation column was gotten, which lays technical foundation for column flotation equipment in phosphate ore dressing in the large-scale application. |
