四川某铜锌硫多金属矿石浮选分离工艺研究

摘    要:四川某铜锌硫多金属硫化矿的特点是易浮难分离,该矿采用铜、锌、硫顺序优先浮选工艺,不仅使铜、锌、硫得到了有效分离,而且获得了较好的选矿技术指标:铜精矿品位22.41%、回收率为84.91%,锌精矿品位48.17%、回收率82.15%,硫精矿品位36.94%、回收率83.79%。

STUDY ON THE FLOTATION SEPARATION OF A MULTI-METAL ORE BEARING COPPET,ZINC AND SULFUR

Abstract:The multimental sulphide ore from Sichuan is treated by prior floatation technique in copper-zinc-sulfur sequence, because the mineral is easily-floated but hard-separated. The research not only sound separated copper,zinc and sulfur, but also obtained a higher concentration indicators finally. The grade of copper concentrate reached 22.41%, the recovery of copper was 84.91%. the grade of zinc concentrate reached 48.17%, the recovery of zinc was 82.15%,and the grade of sulfur concentrate reached 36.94%, the recovery of sulfur was 83.79%.
