| 摘 要： | 随着经济的发展和人民生活水平的提高,人们已经超越了温饱和简单的衣食住行方面的需求,开始认识到善待生态环境就是保护人类自己。十七大以后,我国经济方针从"又快又好"转为"又好又快",虽然只是"快"和"好"顺序上的变化,但其内含却发生了巨大改变。"又好又快"包含了人与自然和谐相处的节能减排经济意识,只有制定长期而又缜密的计划,只有把节能减排意识贯穿到经济生活和人民生活的方方面面,节能减排才能真正落实,人与自然才能和谐相处。
