石头河水库洪水复核研究

摘    要:为检测现阶段石头河水库运行的安全性,论文依据当前行业规范及1954-2008年石头河水库的洪水系列,对石头河水库的防洪标准进行了复核。分析结果表明,与建库设计洪水成果相比,本次设计洪水有所增大,其原因是石头河洪水类型为暴雨型洪水;从历年洪水过程来看,石头河洪水总趋势成上升状态,这与全球气候变暖现象是相一致的。本次设计洪峰流量比原设计值加上安全修正值后的最终采用值小12.3%,结果表明:石头河水库在现阶段可安全运行。

Abstract:This paper mainly discussed the flood series of Shitouhe River from 1954-2008 according to the modern standards.The analysis showed that the present design flood has the increasing tendency compared with the design flood because the flood type of Shitouhe is the storm flood.Based on the annual flood series,the flood of Shitouhe is increasing in accordance with the global warming.The present design flood peak discharge is 12.3% less than the original design flood plus the secure correct value.Therefore,the S...
