空蚀过程中电化学电位变化规律研究

摘    要:由电火花放电装置产生空泡,采用电化学技术检测了空泡溃灭作用于金属表面引起的电极电位变化。研究表明若保持电火花放电装置每次放电的参数不变,而且金属电极总面积远远大于空泡作用区的面积,则金属的电极电位与电极面积的对数成线性正比关系。这表明,在空蚀过程中,金属表面存在着空蚀区与非空蚀区的电偶作用。

Abstract:Electric spark device generates cavitation bubbles. The potential change caused by shock pressure acting on the surface of metal is measured by electrochemical technique. The shock pressure is formed by the bubble collapse. It has been found that the potential of the metal is directly proportional to the logarithm of the area.when the area.when the discharge discharge parameter of the electric spark device is constant and the total area of the metal is much more larger than the cavitation damaged area. It showed that there is a galvanic effect between the cavitation damaged area and the undamaged area on the surface of the metal.
