美国食品安全体系状况及其对我国的启示

过去几十年世界各大洲均有重大食源性疾病的暴发 ,严重影响个人、家庭、社会、商业及整个国家的经济利益。我国已加入了WTO ,食品安全必将遇到前所未有的挑战 ,如何建立更加安全、有效的食品安全管理体系是我国政府和企业所面临的重要任务。通过对目前我国食品安全存在的问题的分析 ,介绍了美国食品安全体系状况并提出了相应的启示。
