光固化支架套注塑模具设计

摘    要:通过分析光固化支架套的使用要求和结构特点,用Pro/E分模的方法完成了光固化支架套的注塑模具设计,阐述了该模具分型面的选择、浇注系统和成型零件的设计、侧抽芯机构的设计及有关计算。生产实践证明,该模具结构简单紧凑,工作可靠,操作方便,成型的塑料件质量好。

Abstract:By analyzing operation requirement and structure characteristic of light-cured frame supporting set,Pro/E was used for part surface design.The parting surface,pouring system,mould part and core-pulling mechanism were designed.The practice proved that the injection mould was compact in structure,credible and easy in operation,and the quality of plastics produced by this mould was good.
