| 摘 要： | 国家实施西部大开发战略,最为关键的是投资问题。为了积极引导外商投资和国内民间资本参与西部开发,制定相应的法律、法规非常重要。本文探讨了西部资金投入的法律制度现状及存在的问题,提出在我国西部开发中建立规范、有序的投资市场应健全和完善的法律制度将成为急需解决的重大问题。

| Abstract: | The most critical issue during the West Development is the problem of investment. In order to guide actively the investment of foreign businessman and the participation d folk capital in the West Development, it is very important to enact the related decrees and laws. The test exploring that a sound and perfect legal system should be set up to ensure a standard and orderly investment market ,willing be an important problem,based on the present situation of putting funds into development in the west part of China and the exsisting defects. |
