摘    要:本实验采用NaOH溶液对金刚石磨料进行了预处理,并用硅烷偶联剂进行表面改性,对改性后的金刚石磨料制造的树脂砂轮的磨削比和磨削效率进行了研究。结果表明,在干磨的条件下,改性后的金刚石磨料对砂轮磨削比的提高显著,磨削效率基本不变。通过显微镜观察磨削后的砂轮表面形貌,发现树脂对改性后的金刚石颗粒把持力增大,磨粒脱落减少,与仅用硅烷偶联剂处理的金刚石砂轮相比,其磨削比提高了50%。

Abstract:The diamond grains were preprocessed with sodium hydroxide solution,and then surface-modified with silane coupling agent.Such treated diamonds were used to make resin bond wheels. The grinding ratio and grinding efficiency of the above resin bond wheels were investigated. Experimental results indicated that the treated diamond abrasives enhanced the grinding ratio of wheels remarkably under dry cutting condition. The observation of the ground wheel surface with microscope demonstrated that the bonding strength between resin and diamond powders was enhanced and less abrasives were shed. Compared with the case of diamonds treated only with coupling agent,the proposed solution could increase the grinding ratio of diamond wheels by 50%.
