PTFE/Nano-CaCO3复合材料组织性能研究

摘    要:通过机械搅拌、冷压成型烧结方法,制备了纳米碳酸钙填充改性聚四氟乙烯(PTFE)复合材料,并研究了复合材料的综合物理机械性能。结果表明:未改性的纳米碳酸钙显著提高了复合材料的弹性模量、断裂伸长率和冲击强度,但复合材料的拉伸强度有所降低。改性后的纳米碳酸钙效果并不是很理想,主要是表面改性剂高温分解存在的影响。

Abstract:Nano-CaCO_3 modified PTFE(polytetrafluoroethylene) was made by process of mixing,pressing and sintering,and the mechanical performances of the composite were studied by means of tests.The results showed that unmodified nano-CaCO_3 had important effect on the improvement of the elastic modular,elongation at break and impact strength of PTFE.But the tensile strength was decreased.The effectiveness of surface modified nano-CaCO_3 was not perfect,for the modifying agent decompounded at fritted temperature was prime element to it.
