摘    要:以STC单片机为控制核心,设计出一种多功能液体容器装置。系统利用压力、超声波和PH值传感器计算出容器中液体的重量、液位高度和PH值,通过液位高度计算出液体体积,再利用液体的重量和体积计算出液体比重值,最后通过液体比重值和PH值判断液体成分。根据测试结果,多功能液体容器系统液位误差小于1mm,重量误差小于0.5g。

Abstract:With STC MCU as the control core,a multifunctional liquid container device is designed.The system uses pressure,ultrasonic and pH sensors to calculate the weight,height and pH value of the liquid in the container,calculates the volume of the liquid through the height of the liquid level,calculates the specific gravity value of the liquid by the weight and volume of the liquid,and finally judges the composition of the liquid through the specific gravity value and pH value of the liquid.According to the test results,the liquid level error of multifunctional liquid container system is less than 1 mm,and the weight error is less than 0.5 g.
