摘    要:为满足电池管理单元BMU(BatteryManagementUnit)生产测试中,对多路模拟量信号的需求,设计了一种多路模拟量输出板卡,模拟多个单体电池电压,输出多路电压信号。设计中以ADSP21368作为处理器,通过SPI(Serial Peripheral Interface)兼容串行接口控制D/A转换芯片AD5360输出电压范围在(-10V,10V)的模拟量信号。模拟量信号经过滤波处理后连接待测BMU。本文重点介绍了多路模拟量输出板卡的硬件设计和软件开发,并对输出模拟量信号进行测试验证,测试结果表明该板卡能够满足生产测试的需求。

Abstract:In order to meet the requirements of multi-channel analog signals in the BMU(Battery Management Unit)production test,a multi-channel analog output board is designed to simulate multiple single cell voltages and output multiple voltage signals.In the design,ADSP21368 is used as the processor,and the analog signalswhich the DA converter chip AD5360 output within the range(-10 V,10 V)are controlled by the SPI(Serial Peripheral Interface)compatible serial interface.The analog signalsare filtered and connected to the BMU to be tested.This paper focuses on the hardware design and software development of the multi-channel analog output board,and verifies the output analog signals.The test results show that the board can meet the needs of production testing.
