摘    要:本文对应用于电磁发射系统大容量高能量密度工况的开关器件并联均流技术进行了分析和总结。首先,概述了目前绝缘栅双极性晶体管(IGBT)的发展趋势与应用领域。其次,针对电磁发射系统的大容量高能量密度工况特点,总结分析了影响IGBT并联均流的关键影响因素。接着,对比分析了目前改善均流效果的被动方法和主动方法的优势与不足。最后,对未来IGBT模块并联应用的发展提出了展望。

Abstract:In this paper,the parallel current balance technology of switch devices used in the condition of large capacity and high energy density in an electromagnetic launch system is analyzed and summarized.Firstly,the development trend and application field of insulated gate bipolar transistor(IGBT)are summarized.Secondly,according to the characteristics of the electromagnetic launch system with large capacity and high energy density,the key influence factors of parallel IGBT current balance are summarized and analyzed.Then,the advantages and disadvantages of the passive and active methods in improving current balance are compared and analyzed.Finally,the prospect of the application of parallel IGBT module in the future is presented.
