| Abstract: | In this paper, the mechanism of the formation of agglomerates in the preparation of SnO 2 ultrafine powder was proposed. Ultrafine SnO 2 powders are successfully fabricated by heterogeneous azeotropic distillation process which effectively dehydrated the hydrous stannic oxide and competently prevented the formation of agglomerates. |
