摘    要:用磁性材料与对固体超强酸组合,制备出磁性SO42-/Fe2+Fe23+O4-ZrO2固体超强酸催化剂,并用于柠檬酸三丁酯的合成反应进行了活性测试和催化剂回收实验。得到最佳反应条件为:丁醇/柠檬酸(摩尔比)=3.7:1,反应温度为150℃,反应时问5 h,w(催化剂)=1.2%,柠檬酸的转化率达96%。可利用外加磁场将催化剂从产物中迅速分离,回收率达83.2%,并且催化剂能重复使用。

Abstract:Magnetic solid superacid SO42-/Fe2+Fe2+O4-ZrO2 was prepared by magnetic modification on solid superacids, and then it was used as catalyst in the tributyl citrate TBC synthesis. The experimental results showed that the appropriate synthetic conditions for TBC were as follows: reaction temperature 150℃, reaction time 5 h, molar ratio of n-butanol to citric acid = 3. 7 : 1, and w(catalyzer) = 1. 2% of total initial materials. Conversion of citric acid amounts to 96%. The catalyst could be isolated from reaction materials by external magnetic field, its recovery amounts to 83. 2%, and could be reused.
