| Abstract: | The piece wage system of"whole pay for the staff calculated by gold output-dependent formula"currently performed in gold mining enterprises is discussed. Recommendation for better construction and operation manageme-nts as well as"contracted management responsibility system"are put forward. Policies and measures to further reform aiming at improved management system, economic benefit, and gold production in gold enterprises are suggested. |
