邻菲罗啉分光光度法在CO2腐蚀中的应用

针对油井中CO2腐蚀以及缓蚀剂的投加效果，建立了测定铁离子浓度的邻菲罗啉分光光度测定方法，研究了盐水和缓蚀剂含量对铁离子测定造成的干扰及消除方法，在此基础上建立了CO2腐蚀速度的测定方法，并与传统失重法进行了对比。结果表明，分光光度法和失重法所测得到的腐蚀趋势基本一致，分光光度法所测值低于失重法所测值，但是随着腐蚀速率的减小，两种方法所测值趋于一致。

The Application of the Phenanthroline Spectrophotometry in the CO2 Corrosion

With the CO2 corrosion in oil wells as well as the corrosion inhibitor injecting effectiveness, a method for the measurement of iron ions by spectrophotometry was developed, and pesearched the salt and the content of corrosion inhibitors＇ influence on the iron ions, establish the method of corrosion rate, and compare with the weight-loss method. The results show that the spectrophotometry is the same as the weight-loss method. The value of the spectrophotometry is lower than the weight-loss method. With the corrosion rate decreases, the value of the two approaches will be equal.
