中国夏热冬冷地区建筑节能技术

摘    要:介绍了中国夏热冬冷地区的建筑气候特点、建筑热环境和能耗状况,提出了该地区建筑节能标准的总体构想,基本原则、建筑热环境标准;分析了在满足建筑节能要求的同时确保室内空气质量的必要性,并提出具体指标;划分该地区的采暖期、空调期和除湿期,对该地区的能耗基数、节能建筑的能耗指标及朝向、体形系数、窗墙建筑节能的关系进行了阐述。明确指出:按现有科技水平和社会经济承受能力,夏热冬冷地区彻底改善建筑热环境和节能50

Abstract:This paper presents the building weather features, building hot environment and energy consumption state at hot summer and cold winter area in China,and puts forward overall conception, basic principle and building hot environment standard for building energy-saving standard at this area. This paper analyzes necessity and detail indexes of air quality indoor to be ensured under the requirements of building energy-saving. It describes energy consumption cardinal number, energy consumption index of energy-saving building and relation between orientation, bodily coefficient and window /wall radio with building energy-saving at this area on heating up period,air conditioning period and dehydration period.The author points ont clealy that the opportunity of improvement for building hot environment and 50% of building energy-saving arises at hot summer and cold winter area in accordance with existing scientific and technical level and social economic bearing capability.
