稻壳变工况反应动力学研究

摘    要:采用热重分析仪研究了稻壳变工况气化特性,考察了气化反应温度、气化介质流量和操作压力对稻壳气化反应特性的影响,利用反应动力学理论对压力影响反应活化能的变化进行了计算。结果表明:稻壳气化反应过程中,碳转化率随温度的升高而增加,气化剂流量在60 ml/min以上时可以消除气化剂向外扩散的影响,随着气化压力的提高,气化反应速率加快,稻壳试样的碳转化率有所增加,在同一反应时刻,该增加关系并不是线性的,当压力较高时,空气与稻壳的还原反应所受影响较弱,稻壳气化反应活化能随压力增加先降低后上升,该现象说明压力过高对气化反应有抑制作用。

Abstract:The gasification characteristics of rice husk were investigated by thermogravimetric analyzer.The effects of gasification temperature,flow rate of gasification medium and operating pressure on the gasification performance of rice husk were examined,and the activation energy change with operating pressure was calculated by reaction kinetics.The results showed that the carbon conversion rose with the increasing temperature in gasification process.The influence of agent diffusion could be eliminated when flow rate of gas is above 60 ml/min.As the operating pressure increased,the gasification reaction rate increased as well as the carbon conversion rate,however it did not increase linearly at the same moment.The higher pressure has weak influence on the reductive reactions of rice husk.The activation energy decreased first and then increased with the pressure increasing,which indicated that when the pressure was too high,it has inhibitory effect on the gasification reaction.
