钢筋网水泥复合砂浆加固 RC偏心受压柱的试验研究

摘    要:在对9根近似足尺偏心受压柱(包括小偏心受压和大偏心受压柱)的试验研究中,通过用一种薄壁型的钢筋网水泥 复合砂浆(简称CMMR)片加固的偏心受压柱与未加固的偏心受压柱的对比试验,发现被加固的偏压柱其承载力有了较大 幅度的提高,在相同的加固条件下,小偏心受压柱加固后承载力提高幅度大于大偏心受压柱;较低强度等级的偏压柱比较 高强度等级偏压柱的加固效果更好。被加固柱的延性得到了明显改善,变形能力和耗能能力有显著增强。本文先对试验结 果进行了描述,然后分析了这种加固层对加固偏压柱的极限承载力、破坏形态、荷载.挠度曲线及裂缝分布形态等的影响 机理和作用规律。研究结果证明这是一种加固效果显著,加固后柱各种工作性能优良、施工方便且投资节省的柱加固方 法。

Experimental investigation into the strengthening of eccentric compression RC column using composite mortar laminate reinforced with mesh reinforcement

Abstract:Nine approximate full-size specimens including large eccentric columns and small eccentric columns were tested. By a series of comparison experiments of specimens strengthened using a kind of composite mortar laminate reinforced by mesh reinforcement (CMMR) and unstrengthened specimens, it was found that the columns strengthened with this attached CMMR laminate demonstrate greater degree of improving in load-bearing capacity, the carrying capacity increment of the strengthened small eccentric columns is greater than that of the strengthened big eccentric columns under the same strengthening conditions, the strengthening effects of the eccentric columns with lower concrete grade are better than that of those specimens with higher concrete grade, the ductility and deformation capacity and energy dissipation ability of the strengthened columns are remarkably increased. In this paper, the tested results is described, the principle and regularity that this category of strengthening laminate improves the ultimate load carrying capacity, mode of failure, load versus mid-span lateral deflection curves and cracking behavior, etc. of strengthened eccentric compression columns are analyzed. The studying results proved that this strengthening measure for column is superior to make the strengthening effect notable, working behavior of strengthened column excellent, construction easy and economical.
