| 摘 要： | 基于工作流的开发方法是随着计算机技术的发展以及计算机网络的广泛应用而提出来的，它为许多具有群组协同特征的应用开发提供了理论指导。结合实际介绍了工作流技术开发基于Lotus Notes平台的办公自动化系统(OA)方面的应用，并探讨了有关的技术问题。

| Abstract: | A developing method based on workflow is presented with development of computer science and wide use of computer network. This method provides theoretical direction for development of systems, which have characteristics of group-collaboration. Hoe to apply workflow to development of an office automation system is introduced. |
