基于虚拟现实的螺杆泵设计与仿真

摘    要:对传统螺杆泵设计方法存在的问题进行了分析,探讨了基于虚拟现实技术的螺杆泵的设计。初步解决了CAD、CAE、运动仿真在石油矿场机械设计中的集成问题,为石油矿场机械虚拟样机的构建做了初步探索。

Abstract:This paper analyzes the problems existing in the design of progressive cavity pump, studying the progressive cavity pump design based on VR technology. It preliminarily solves the integration of CAD, CAE, motion simulation in design. It gives the preliminary research of the establishment of oil machine VR prototype.
