基于PID增益模糊调整的核子秤恒流控制系统

摘    要:在核子皮带秤传统PID控制器的基础上,通过大量的实际生产数据和获取的控制经验,利用模糊推理的方法制定模糊控制规则表,确定模糊增益调整参数,实现对PID增益的在线自动整定,大大提高了核子皮带秤物料恒流控制的稳定性、可靠性和准确性,取得了较好的控制效果.

Abstract:Based on traditional PID controller for nuclear belt scales, a fuzzy reasoning method is utilized to build fuzzy control rule table, calculate fuzzy gain adjustment parameters and realize online automatic setting- up of PID gain through a lot of production data and control experience, Hence, stability, reliability and accuracy of nuclear belt scales material constant flow control are improved greatly.
