成组技术在产品快速设计系统中的应用

摘    要:以车床设计为例,提出了基于成组技术进行产品快速设计的基本思想和设计方法,将成组技术应用到产品的三维设计中,根据拟定的设计相似性标准,将设计产品的零部件分类成组形成设计族;针对不同的设计族,建立起能够集中全族所有功能要素的实例模型,并根据企业标准对其进行标准化处理,建立带有成组编码信息的三维模型实例库,供技术人员在设计时检索、编辑、修改,在此基础上形成新的设计,从而提高企业的设计效率和设计水平。

Abstract:Taking the lathes design as examples, the basic thought and designing method for carrying out rapid design of products based on groping technology was put forward. Let the grouping technology be applied to the 3D design of products, the parts and components of designed products to be classified into groups and formed different designing families. Aiming at different designing families living example model that could concentrate all functional factors of the whole family was established. The standardization treatment was carried out on the model according to enterprise's standard, and the examples library of 3D models with groping code information was established, so as to afford the technicians to make retrieval, editing and revising while doing the design. New design was formed on this base, thus raised the efficiency of design and level of design of enterprises.
