摘    要:针对传统磁定位测井仪器受电磁干扰大、灵敏度不够高的难题,研制了一种基于光纤传感的磁定位测井装置。利用2只宽带啁啾光纤光栅间隔一定距离,构成全光纤F-P腔,封装于超磁致伸缩管内,并放置在同极相向的2块永磁铁之间,通过光纤F-P腔反射光谱信号分析,实现微弱的磁场变化测量。实验结果表明,该装置磁场测量相位灵敏度为1.57rad/μT,磁场平均测量误差为0.43μT,能对多种尺寸套管接箍进行定位测量,验证了其用于磁定位测井的可行性。

Abstract:A magnetic locating logging tool is introduced.Based on optical fiber sensors,it can reduce EMI and improve sensitivity that challenge a traditional magnetic locating logging tool.Two broadband chirped fiber Bragg gratings are separated from a certain distance to form a full optical fiber F-P cavity,encapsulated in a giant magnetostrictive tube,and placed between two permanent magnets of the same polar.The weak change of the magnetic field can be measured by analyzing the signal reflected by the optical fiber F-P cavity.Experiments show that the measured phase sensitivity is 1.57 rad/μT and the measurement error is 0.43μT.It can locate various sizes of casing collar,and it is feasible for magnetic locating logging.
