攀钢晚期焦炉温度管理现状分析及对策

摘    要:由于攀钢5.5m大容积焦炉炉龄长,焦炉温度波动大,增加了晚期焦炉热工管理的难度,分析认为,主要是炉体老化、炉料状态和立火道温度的影响。为此,提出了强化热修和加热程序控制等措施进一步稳定了炉温,确保了晚期焦炉温度正常,焦炭成熟均匀。

Abstract:Because the campaign life of Pangang's 5.5meter great volume coke oven is long,the temperature undulation is large,increasing the difficulty of the thermal management.Analyses consider that the main reasons are the coke oven body aging,the charge condition and the influence of the vertical flue temperature.Therefore,some measures such as strengthening hot condition-repairs and heating formality control etc are adopted,stabilizing the coke oven temperature ulteriorly,insuring the afternoon coke oven temperature normal and the coke maturing even.
