| Abstract: | The paper presents a hybrid bad data detection and identification metheod of stae forecasting combined with R n detection.This method can overcome the phenomena of misidentification and unidentification of bad data efficiently and can distinguish bad data and sundden change.The digital simulation test is made for a 18 node system.The result of simulation is satisfactory. |
