摘    要:采用VTBR(垂直折流生化反应器)加气浮工艺处理啤酒废水。当CODCr及BOD5的质量浓度分别为1500~2500mg/L和800~1500mg/L时,CODCr及BOD5的去除率均达90%以上,出水达到了排放标准。处理费用为0.55元/m3。

Abstract:A combined process of vertical tubular biological reactor (VTBR) and air floatation has been used to treat the wastewater from a beer brewery. When the ρ(CODCr) and ρ (BOD5) in the wastewater were 1 500~2 500mg/L and 800~1 500 mg/L respectively, the removal rate of CODCr and that of BOD5 were both above 90% and the effluent water reached the discharge standard, the cost of the treatment being 0.55 yuan/m3.
