摘    要:研究了不同条件下AZ3l镁合金管材的等温挤压情况,并对挤压前后材料组织与力学性能的变化进行了分析.研究结果表明,AZ31镁合金热挤压时发生了动态再结晶,材料组织比铸态时细化,力学性能大幅度提高;在(653±10)K挤压温度范围内金属流动均匀,挤出管材尺寸精度较高,力学性能良好;从综合性能看,AZ31镁合金挤压产品的合适退火工艺为573 K × 2 h;此时管材的机械拉伸强度为260 MPa,伸长率为23%.

Abstract:AZ31 magnesium alloy was hot-extruded under different conditions, and the microstructure and mechanical properties of the alloy before and after hot extrusion were investigated. The results show that dynamic recrystallization occurs during hot-extrusion, therefore, compared to the as-cast alloy, the microstructure of extruded AZ31 alloy are refined, and the mechanical properties are remarkably enhanced; The AZ31 magnesium alloy extruded at (653±10)K can gain dimensions accuracy and good plasticity. In terms of comprehensive properties, the suitable annealing technics of AZ31 magnesium alloy is 573K×2 h. The tensile-strength of AZ31 magnesium alloy pipes is 260 MPa, its elongation is 23%.
