摘    要:简要介绍了超声波及其基本特性,综述了高能超声对金属凝固过程作用方面的研究和应用状况,提出超声处理是改善金属凝固组织,提高力学性能的有效方法,并对21世纪超声凝固细晶技术的前景进行了展望。

Abstract:In this paper,the principle and characters of ultrasonic are briefly introduced.The research on the effect of high-intensity ultrasonic on solidification process of metals and its application is reviewed.It is pointed out that high-intensity ultrasonic treatment is an effective way to improve solidification structure and mechanical properties of metals.The prospect for grain fining with ultrasonic in solidification process in the 21st century is forecast.
