| 摘 要： | 通过分析失败项目知识在改善项目流程,缩短后继项目运行周期,减少后继项目投入成本等方面的价值,从失败项目知识的效益、创新价值和对后继项目贡献3个层面建立评价指标,利用层级分析法对失败项目知识价值的影响因素进行识别和排序,构建一个科学有效的评价工具,节约企业项目成本,为企业的长远发展创造更多利益。
