摘    要:对小苏打生产母液的处理进行了研究,在理论分析与试验的基础上设计了三效蒸发回收氯化铵和氯化钠的工艺。该工艺母液循环蒸发,无废液排放。氯化铵回收率达到46.24%,氯化钠回收率达到72.27%,所得氯化铵产品均达到合格以上。

Abstract:The disposal of pregnant antimony solution in production of sodium bicarbonate was studied.On the basis of the theoretical analysis and experiment,a process flow with three-effect-evaporation to recover ammonium chloride and sodium was designed.In this process the mother liquor was evaporated cyclically,no waste fluid was discharged.The result shows that recovery ratios of ammonium chloride and sodium chloride are 46.24% and 72.27% respectively.Ammonium chloride product is up to standard.
